Nic's development tweets

I tweet a lot about the development of Fringe Planet - as well as talking about game development in general. Twitter is fantastic for getting the message out, but tweets always slowly fade out of view as time goes past. So I've decided to add this section to the website, which contains everything I've tweeted. You'll find a lot of information about both me personally as well as the game.

Thanks so much for featuring me (and @FringePlanet) in your blog guys - it really is super appreciated - you can read it here - https://t.co/gTGAoRkP9w :-) #gamedev https://twitter.com/GamesSpaghetti/status/1098300001267187713

Good morning Twitter! :-) Hope you are all doing well - I've got a fairly busy day of #gamedev planned - had an idea about some pathfinding optimisations I want to implement - what are your plans for the day folks?

Ok, so a very early last tweet for the night (well early evening I guess :-)) - I'm being treated to a belated birthday dinner tonight and some alcoholic drinks may be consumed :-) I'll catch you all tomorrow for some more #gamedev related antics - be safe folks :-D

So there is something curiously beautiful about the Sun being at a low angles around the main island, the island casting shadows on itself. There is no difference in the light colour - but it just seems to be much richer in tones for some reason. Curious but awesome :-) #gamedev

My sister got me this for my birthday, which I thought was super sweet :-) She found out about the logo re-design just after she had this made and was fairly gutted, but explained that I will super miss this original logo - it's awesome that it's now immortalised in mug form :-)

An aspect of #gamedev that a lot of non-developers don't realize- the endless collection of documents you have: everything from game design docs, to collating of feedback, to useful ideas to save for another day. So many google docs... (this is a brand new one for logo feedback)

Happy #WednesdayMorning people of Twitter :-) I hope you are doing well :-) Hit the ground running earlier this meeting about the #bizdev side of things, and now I'm back and ready to delve into the #gamedev - what are you up to today folks? :-)

(this is Eddy btw)

Putting the new peons to work :-)

And the character sheets :-)

Also just fixed a bug which has been staring me in the face for months- the selfie cameras won't showing the true nature of The Void, making everything look far to normal and healthy. Fixed :-)

So the new peons have arrived :-)

Eddy - A computer security expert in the real world who is extremely adventurous
Fred - A highly psychic peon who is incredibly imaginative
BlissCat - An extremely perceptive genius, who travels and explores in the real world

Unity just crashed for no reason whatsoever and lost about an hours work :-/ That is fairly irksome. So I'm going to vent my frustration by breaking the internet.
